  I have tried contacting the elders about an issue I am having with my neighbors who are JW. No one had responded.

  Don't know how someone cannot get in contact with an elder if they attend their meetings regularly. I am from NY visiting relatives here and all JWs here treat us like family. Even got hugs from JWs witnessing on Hollywood Blvd.That is true spiritual love.
